Register your event

Does your project take place outside? Then you are part of DRAUSSENSTADT! Enter your event quickly and easily in our form and make it visible in our calendar for visitors citywide! The only requirement is that your cultural event takes place in Berlin's urban space. We do not publish digital event formats.

Did you already participate in 2021 or 2022? Then you already know the form. Otherwise, you will find help in the info boxes directly in the form. Our editorial team will answer any further questions by e-mail at redaktion@draussenstadt.berlin.

Note: The registration of a cultural event does not automatically lead to its publication in the calendar of events. The editors reserve the right to check the event according to the guidelines of the DRAUSSENSTADT initiative.

Please describe your event here, taking note of the maximum number of characters in the continuous text and using the German language. Please address the text to your potential audience. This text is the basis for your calendar entry and should encourage a visit or participation, and should briefly sum up your event. All other information on dates, times, locations, tickets, language etc. should be entered into another part of the form and must not be entered here.

Every photo/image requires image credits, even if they are your own. Please refrain from using any images from a third party without explicit approval of the copyright holder. The creator is entitled to their authorship being acknowledged. They can determine whether the work should come with a designation of author and which designation should be used. The exact form of the copyright notice and the source reference, which is to be distinguished from it, depends on the contractual requirements of the contractual partner. Please describe your event location here so long as it doesn’t explicitly mention an address or equally is too hard to find. For example: our stage is located in the western part of Helmholtzplatz. The best way to reach it is via Raumerstraße/the corner of Lychener-Straße. You’ll spot red flags waving from afar. At the entrance there is also a registration point.

Equal access to events for everyone is important to us. To allow users to easily filter for inclusive events in our event calendar, this checkbox is selected for events that offer at least one barrier-free language feature and/or make provisions for barrier-free amenities at the location of the event.
