Babylon ORCHESTRA, founded in 2016, is an urban Berlin fusion ensemble that combines European and Middle Eastern music with the sound of a big band and a contemporary orchestra. Featuring love songs, ballads and new vocal pieces, the Echoes of the Mediterranean program takes you from France to Algeria to Greece to Turkey, revealing how the sea has inscribed itself in human history.
The Sarahbanda is the chamber music instrumentation of the Mozart y Mambo project by Sarah Willis and the Havana Lyceum Orchestra. Together with saxophonist Yuniet Lombida Prieto, Sarah Willis created her "own salsa band" with this ensemble. They play exclusively their own arrangements, some of which can also be heard on the albums of the Mozart y Mambo orchestra project.
